We harvest Atlantic rock crab (cancer irroratus) according to “Ocean Wise” sustainable seafood standards, then cook and extract the meat in leg sections or for salad.


Seafood in general has a low calorie count while providing 10% to 18% of good quality protein. It’s low in fat and high in omega-3 fatty acid. Rich in iodine, an element essential to growth and normal development, it also carries minerals such as phosphorus, selenium and fluoride. It’s packed with Vitamin A and constitutes a good source of Vitamin D.
